Why is PayPro listed on my statement?

A company from whom you bought a product or service processed the payment through PayPro. PayPro did not provide the product or service, but we can help you find the transaction information.

I just ordered online so why haven't I received my download?

Once an order has been placed, the sale will be processed through PayPro's fraud prevention process which may take up to a few hours depending on the volume. Once the sale has been validated, your access to the product/service you've purchased will be emailed to you from the Seller. Please make sure to check your junk and spam folder!

What is this transaction fee listed on my statement?
